By car: Dinas Farm is accessible by a concrete drive that gently slopes
towards the farmhouse. Continue along the drive until you arrive at the
farmhouse on the right. Every effort is made to welcome guests personally
and the car may be parked within two to three footsteps from the front of the
property.
By public transport: The nearest train station is at Bangor - 7 miles.
There is a bus stop on both side of the A487 at Dinas with buses running
regularly in both directions. The walking distance to the farm from either
bus stop is a quarter of a mile. There is a choice of a flight of stairs from the
railway bridge down to near the farm's entrance, or walk (on the level) to
the junction further on and back again.
The farmhouse is surrounded by a private garden that is fenced and has a
wide concrete drive and lawns - no slopes.
The farmhouse is accessible by one step that is 10 cm deep into the porch,
followed by another step 15 cm deep into the house. Doorway is 85 cm wide
and 2m high. This leads to a wide hallway giving way to a spacious lounge
on the right and kitchen/breakfast room and downstairs toilet and
cloakroom, both on the left. (No steps to access any of these rooms).
The first floor is accessed by a 14 stairs each of which is 15cm deep. on
reaching the first floor landing there is a further step 15cm deep on the right to
access the passage way leading to all three bedrooms and spacious family
bathroom (all on the same level). The bathroom has a full size bath and a
separate shower cubicle (90x70 cm).
